Stale Art

STALE ART
by EAM Staff

Stale Art is a unique street artist from Denver, Colorado. He's been painting his whole life, while he did take a few classes in high school he is self taught for the most part. Drawing his inspiration from music and a good atmosphere he has painted live for many Dubstep shows in Denver. He listens to hip hop, rock, and some other genres depending on his mood. “If I'm live painting and the crowd is amazing, the music is too then that will
set the tone for something amazing to happen!”

He separates himself from other artists by getting down and dirty when he paints in front of a live audience, everything is done by hand. He finger paints and uses henna bottles with mechanical pencil tips to add extra fine detail. Finding several techniques he's never seen used before he has found his own niche.

Stale Art is making his mark on the Colorado art market. He has recently has shows at Sizzle and Bang Gallery in Denver, B.Vant Garde Studio in Pueblo, The Funky Buddha Lounge in
Denver, and most recently showed a RAW Natural Born Artists in Denver. He recently returned from Seattle and Portland after showing in some art festivals. “The hardest thing about getting a
gallery hang your art is to get them to see it first!”
